Wheelchair user killed in hit-and-run accident

This news saddens me deeply because James Quinones was my cousin. It broke my heart to have to attend his funeral and just the week prior I came down from Los Angeles to see him. Even though he was in a wheel chair, he was full of life and did not deserve to die like this. I hope that the cowerdly person that left my cousin to die has a heart and turns himself in. Because if not, he will have to answer to God and that is the biggest punishment of all. With much sadness, Cindy Ruiz at cinruiz@aol.com
